Application (Membership Renewal/Dues Payment ) Instructions:

Provide all requested information in the application fields.

Fields with an asterisk (*) must be completed to submit the application.

Enter “NA” if “Not Applicable”.

Indicate a "Type of Membership" from the drop-down box (e.g. Active Member, Student Affiliate, etc.)

When the application is completed, click the “Submit” box – note that all fields must be completed for the submission of your application.

Select method of dues payment:

By Mail - include a personal note in your name, indicating "HEC Annual Dues Payment", with a bank check or money order payable to Healthcare Executives’ Club, 4809 Avenue N, Suite # 260, Brooklyn, New York 11234;

Online - click the "pay dues" box:

Enter dues amount, your name, and email address, and click "Continue",​

Then, click PayPal to pay by ​PayPal, ​credit​ card,​ or debit card through the HEC's Paypal account,

Or - Click Venmo to pay from your personal Venmo account to the HEC's Venmo account,

Provide the requested​ information.
